Quang Binh: foreign arrivals increase 12 percent this summer

This is the first time Quang Binh Province has greeted more than 18,000 foreign arrivals in this summer, an increase of 12 percent against last summer.

Together with “traditional” number of tourists from Thailand and China, a large number of tourists are Netherlander, Canadian, and Australian.

Favorite tourist spots are Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, Dong Hoi City and My Canh tourist area. However, the number of foreign arrivals staying over night is not efficient because of poor quality of infrastructure and lack of amusement places.
